Damaged or Defective Products:
If any product was damaged in shipment or has been found to be defective, Lavender Scents must be notified with in seven days of receipt of products. These products will be replaced upon return receipt of products and verification of condition of products. Product will be replaced, if available. If like product is not available in same fabric and color, you will be given the option to choose like product in a different color.
Lavender Scents, at it's discretion, may offer a store credit instead of replacing a product.
All Other Product Returns:
A product found undesirable for one reason or another may be returned for store credit as long as the product has not be used and is still in it's original package or wrap and Lavender Scents has been notified of your intentions within seven days of receipt of product. Store credit will be granted upon receipt of products and our satisfaction that the product was unused and in original package or wrap. This determination will be made by Lavender Scents. Customer may be responsible for a portion of the return shipping fees.
