This unique lavender Personal Wrap is fast and easy to use. It was designed as a "Personal Wrap" for travel or an easy to carry sports wrap. This wrap has the same great benefits without the insert, making it flexible and easy to wrap where needed.  After a long drive or flight, use this wrap to relieve tension while you relax with the aromatherapy. Microwave approximately 60 seconds.  It can also be used without heating. Just wrap area where relief is needed and your body temperature does the rest. Filled with flax seed, botanicals then infused with pure essential oil.  Freeze for "cold therapy".
