All sales are final except for product(s) arriving damaged or defective (torn fabric or loose seams). Lavender Scents must be notified of damage upon receipt of product(s).
​Lavender Scents is not responsible for damage to wrap while heating in a microwave.

The product(s) must be returned unused and in it’s original package. Once received by Lavender Scents, the product(s) will be inspected for damages/defects. After inspection and approval, Lavender Scents will either replace your wrap or issue a store credit. Lavender Scents, at it's discretion, may offer a store credit instead of replacing product(s).

Our Spa Wrap products are made for personal comfort and wellness, therefore, products cannot be returned after they have been used. Lavender Scents is not responsible for damage to wrap(s) while heating in a microwave (refer to heating instructions).
