The need for a neck wrap that would also provide heat therapy to the back was apparent to us. This wrap extends 15" down the back (large extends 19"). Covers your shoulders and upper back with a moist, penetrating heat. Removable insert is billowed in sto keep contents evenly distributed (will not fall to one end). An all natural fill is used, containing flax seed infused with pure essential oil and organic herbs/leaf (ie: lavender buds, eucalyptus leaf).
