This unique Personal Wrap is fast and easy to use. It was designed as a "Personal Wrap" for travel or an easy to carry sports wrap. This wrap has the same great benefits without the insert, making it flexible and easy to wrap where needed. Wrap a hand and wrist for comforting relief of pain from arthritis. Heat in a carousel microwave approximately one minute. It can also be used without heating. Just wrap area where relief is needed and your body temperature does the rest.
Personal Wrap is also great for a quick "cool down" from the summer heat. Place in a zip lock and store in the freezer; ready when you need it. For "cold therapy" the wrap will soothe the pain caused by inflammation or reduce swelling of a sprain (consult a physician).
