Removable insert is billowed for even distribution; so that all ingredients do not shift to one end. Insert ingredients of flax seed infused with essential oil and organic herbs/leaf (ie: lavender buds, eucalyptus leaf). Reg 40"x20" Large 44"x25" XL 48"x30"
Cover: Cold water wash, gentle - Tumble dry, low heat.
*Blankets are not sized for beds, although, they are great to use in bed. After the blanket cool, the flax seed retains warmth from your body heat.
